However, this is not true and this myth has been debunked many times. Lightning did strike twice, even figuratively, in the case of Champion and AC spark plugs. Champion spark plugs were named after the company&#039;s founder <strong>Albert Champion<\/strong> and his initials gave the name to AC spark plugs. Albert Champion founded his first company in Boston in June 1905.<br>The success of the Paris to Rouen automobile race organized by the newspaper Le Petit Journal in 1894 prompted Count Albert de Dion to organize the first speed automobile race. <strong>from Paris to Bordeaux and back<\/strong>. Retrospectively, this race is considered the first Grand Prix of the French Automobile Club, as future founding members of the club participated in its organization.<br>It is necessary to always keep in mind this truth, confirmed over the years. This also applies to the production of cars, which is not controlled by chance, or even by wishful thinking, but by a system of circumstances, by what is called the market, however distorted it may be. Even a truck must have a guaranteed market, which is a basic condition for starting production. Political developments also have a significant influence on this.<br>Motor enthusiasts may know the name <strong>Coach<\/strong> of the largest, most robust and heaviest trucks, with which the car manufacturer became famous in the 1950s and 1960s. However, long before large trucks, the Autocar brand produced small and medium-sized passenger cars.<br>At <strong>Retro Garage in Lysa nad Labem<\/strong> The 17th auction of vintage vehicles took place on April 26. All 30 motorcycles and 14 cars were auctioned off. Four items were purchased online by bidders through the auction portal Aukro, another four were purchased by phone, and the rest of the items were auctioned off by those present in the hall.<br>Auction hall <strong>Historics Auctioneers<\/strong> has set up a sale of 159 cars at the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre in Hampshire on Saturday 3 May.
