After the establishment of Czechoslovakia, only 108 cannons and mortars remained on the territory of the new state. <\/span><span class=\"end_text et_149794\">However, the \u0160koda plant in Pilsen was able to cover the need for artillery technology. Armament continued at a relatively high pace. In 1920, the army already had 1,526 guns. Considerable attention was paid to artillery and new types of weapons began to appear in the 1920s. Many modern artillery weapons developed in the late 1930s<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"end_text et_73581\"><span class=\"end_text et_149794\">However, they did not reach our units.
