The book Škoda – promotion abroad, 1945-2025 was created on the occasion of the 130th anniversary of the Škoda Auto automobile company. This book is dedicated to the promotion and sales of Škoda cars at foreign branches and affiliates around the world (including the Czech Republic and Slovakia) from 1945 to the present day. Thanks to the book, the reader has the opportunity to get acquainted with completely unknown or little-known Škoda brochures and posters, which were prepared mainly by foreign importers themselves and partly by PZO Motokov. In addition, the reader will learn how printed advertising was done then and today. The book is published with the official support of Škoda Auto as, Volkswagen Financial Services and the Statutory City of Mladá Boleslav in a print run of 3,000 copies, and is bilingual – in Czech and English (both language translations in one book).
