50 years of veteran of the Křivonoska rally, Jiří Vlach
With the help of willing friends, the author tried to capture the activities in České Budějovice and the surrounding area from the first steps. He managed to map the initial individual activities, daring drives around the country and abroad. This gradually continued at the level of national and international meetings of clubs and owners of historic vehicles. Since the seventies, Křivonoska has been the highlight of the season, but even in this part, the author tried to capture other activities of the club or individual members. The last part contains portraits of several prominent club members, some of the regular participants in the rally and some of their machines. Anyone who was a participant in any year will certainly fondly remember the experiences, the wonderful atmosphere and the personal contacts that often last to this day. The new book on the book market offers a pleasant refresh of memories from the period when cultural and sports activities with a large audience were the main weekend programs.

Ogar, the story of a forgotten brand, Tomáš Rokos
The author is a long-time supporter of the Ogar manufacturing brand. In addition to gradually acquiring detailed knowledge of all manufactured types, he carefully collected any available information from the period press, company brochures, photographs, manuals and spare parts catalogs for many years. The time has come and the fan of the non-existent motorcycle brand considered it appropriate to enrich the knowledge of supporters, open the memories of eyewitnesses, expand the offer on bookstore shelves, but also publicly boast of the results of purposeful activity. Reprints of period documents and photographs will bring closer the interests and production of first bicycles and then motorcycles of the Ogar brand.
